Je reçois des CENTAINES de mails non sollicités envoyés par "[email protected] <[email protected]>" avec pour contenu des fiches d'intervention et des devis d'intervention.

Vous allez recevoir par mail la ' fiche d'intervention ' que vous avez validée lors de ce rendez-vous.

Tes messages ne sont pas émis par orange mais par un compte pipi.prod

Dans ce cas Orange n'est que l'hébergeur du compte

Je ne connais pas Orange, masi  ça ressemble beaucoup à un détournement de compte.

La meilleure réaction est de transférer ces mail à [email protected]

La cellule abuse saura quoi en faire.

Si un service Orange Orange a commis une boulette ça va remonter très vite chez eux.

Si tu  utilises un logiciel comme Thunderbird, tu peux créer une règle spécifique pour les mails provenant de cette adresse. Plus de détails sur Thunderbird, si ça t'intéresse.

www.pidi.orange.com/ est un service d'orange Business. L'entête du message est bien de la prod d'orange.

J'ai transféré au moins une vingtaine de messages à [email protected] et RIEN ne bouge !

De plus, mon adresse mail est aussi en X-bcc ce qui me fait penser que la pré-prod n'a pas testé l'application et a laissé trainer une mauvaise config.
