Does anyone have an email address that actually goes to a person @ orange that will be answered?  I have been round & round the help site and can find nothing.

Hi,

I want to send an email to services à la clientèle, Orange.fr.  I want it to go to a person not a bounceback from nreply@orange.fr.  I believed that some savy French person would have sussed out what formay their email is.  An example, in the UK if you want to contact a government department.. their email is name.surnae@nameddept.gsi.gov.uk.  British Telecom is name.surname@btinternet.co.uk.  & most services à la clientèle are customer.services@ or customerservices@ and sometimes customer_services@.  So I am just looking for the formula to circumvent the runaround on Orange.fr website.  Help please if you can.

Je croyais qu'une personne française Savy aurait sussed ce formay leur e-mail est. Un exemple, au Royaume-Uni si vous souhaitez contacter un ministère du gouvernement .. leur e-mail est name.surnae @ nameddept.gsi.gov.uk. British Telecom est prénom.nom @ btinternet.co.uk. Et la plupart des services à la clientèle sont customer.services @ @ ou Customerservices et parfois customer_services @. Donc, je suis à la recherche de la formule de contourner l'habillage sur le site Orange.fr. Aide s'il vous plaît si vous le pouvez.
