I have not received any emails over the past 24 hours. Windows and my own diagnostics indicate this is an Orange DNS server problem. Orange assistance appears unable to identify or resolve the proble.

Hi @callpor ,

A very frequent cause of no mail received is a pirate who has guessed the password and, since he was in the account, has setup a retransmission of incoming mails order to a temporary address of his own.

Check the preferences and suppress this retransmission, if any.
