Hello - I have been with Orange for over 10 years and now wish to cancel both my broadband offer and my phone line.

When I try and manage this online I am told that I cannot cancel my phone line through the website.

When I try and cancel the broadband when I select 'Other' for the reason (i.e I just want to cancel as we don't use it) then it will not allow me to continue.

Can someone advise please?
