We were in the UK not able to travel due to lockdown and paid someone to be at our house when the technician installed our internet & landline connection.  

The box has been fixed right next to an inward opening window and when I opened the window yesterday the top of the box has now been knocked open see attached picture.  

Can you provide me with an email address to report this as my French is not great but I could use a translate app for any correspondence.

Yes it works but its still not acceptable as the window will never be able to be opened!!  Fine for now but come summer it will be a problem.
