Yesterday a technician from Orange came to replace my old landline. He didn't succeed and told me that the problem was the external connection to my house. He could give me no idea of when a technician could come to fix this, I haven't received any message from Orange about the problem and when I asked for assistance at my local Orange boutique they said they couldn't help me. I assume I have been paying for this  service, or lack of it and I need my landline back. I have not found site assistance from Orange easy to access not useful. LadyD
