Bonjour, I am sorry that i have to write this in English. I have just received a letter from you to say that,from October you will,automatically apply this forfait at a cost of 26.99 Euros per month.This is not beneficial for me as my average account is about 40 Euros for two months. I do not live in France permanently so I do not make many phone calls. I would prefer to retain the existing forfait, and hope that will be possible. Please confirm that to me and I would ask you to make arrangements for my service to stay the same at the same cost to me each 2 months. Thank you.
