I have recharged my phone 2 times, and still cannot send sms. I don't speak French, and the customer service in English doesn't work at weekends. 

Apart of sms, is everything working fine; 5G, iMessage and RCS messages.

I can receive sms, but I cannot send...

already restarted the phone as well...

don't know what to do...
