I had problems when working overseas resulting in hospitalisation and am currently stranded waiting for an insurance payment so I can return home to France
My Orange Home internet/Phone and mobile bills were unpaid from December as I didnt have funds in my bank. I will pay the bill at the Orange store in my home town on my return, but I need the account reinstated for when I arrive in Paris CDG as I am reliant on my mobile and connectivity
I simply want to contact Orange, Idelly the English speaking department by Email or webcht but am finding this impossible. I cant get through to either email or webchat as my accounts are blocked/unrecognised
I am unable to call as my medicl treatment has resulted in my Poor French language being even more indecipherable and will remain craoky for a few more months
Can somebody out there give me a contact email or any solution to get this resolved as I cant move forwards without having my com's reinstated for my arrival...I wish to then return to enjoying my Orange services as I had before I leave and paying monthly when I get my bank account back online
