Hello,

Tonight my daughter bought a phone on the Orange website which came up with a confirmation number. At no point was she asked to enter an email. She has therefore not received any confirmation email to confirm this - just the number that came up after she paid. Now she cannot track anything as there is no email account recognized - has anyone else had this problem before? The only thing we have is the confirmation code. Thank you
