Hi can anyone help. We purchased a house on France back in Nov 2019 and live in it for the first 3 month before having to return back to England due to Wife’s Mim & Dads illness. Whilst the our boiler broke down and now needs replacing. We would like Enedis to change our Single phase supply to three phase so we can install an Electric boiler. Enedis insist that they can’t do anything until I have a French mobile number. I did buy an Orange sim off of Amazon. When I put it in my phone here in the UK I can’t call the Orange number to activate and top up because it connects to a UK network not Orange France. As we only spent 3 months their I don’t know anyone in France who can help. This is getting urgent now. Regards Nigel
