I have gone through all the checks for location settings, I was thinking it might be something to do with setting the new live box up , 

all my old settings were updated to the new box it was working on the old box 

when checking the IP address location it says California when I am in France

How did you check, your location ?

What was the result of opening the page https://monip.com/

What is the result of the command  tracert orange.fr
