I have bought a Orange Nava start mobile phone and I am unable to take off the back. There is a small pic showing a thumb and fingers in one corner but no matter what I do I cannot prise it off. I have very painful fingers without much strength. This is the only mobile I have here in France my other mobile with orange Sim CARD have ceased to work and as my husband is an invalid it is important that I have use to this mobile phone in case whilst we are out there is an emergency.

Generally, there is no back to take off.

I'm not sure for this phone but you should look for a little hole allowing to push a drawer. Beware of the hole behind which the mic is. You should see the small cutout aroud the drawer...
