I purchased a Euro 10 Prepaid Orange SIM card last week. I stepped through the ID confirmation steps and set up password and PIN code.

The available balance appears to be down to Euro 0.60 and recharge is thus needed.

I found the recharge option. The tel. number for the account to be recharged needs to be filled in.

While selecting that field, the (correct) telephone number already comes and and can be selected. When I do select that number and continue, a message comes up in Yellow stating " A technical error occurred; pleas try again! "

I retried numerous times, to no avail. How do I solve this problem?

I verified my ID a few days ago, but during the "recharge procedure" the computer does not recognize my verification.

All that while I a currently logged in.

The same problem arises trying to recharge using the phone or the PC.

Still no solution in sight. I selected the free callback option in English, but no-one called me yet.
