Recently I have an issue with the delivery of my emails. My email server is configured correctly and is not listed on any spam list, however, on orange.fr mailboxes, my e-mails are not delivered. I need to contact some mail server administrator to find and fix the issue. Unfortunately, a lot of my customers are affected by this issue.

I hope it is but if you show us your mail account parameters (hiding the left part of any mail address) we could verify them and may be spot a problem. But if you hide them, we can't do much !

on orange.fr mailboxes, my e-mails are not delivered.

- What type of terminal and what application are you using ?

- Do you receive any error message when trying to send messages to these adresses ? Which one ?

- Does this problem affect all mails sent to any Orange mail adresses or only to some of them ?

- Is it permanent or only from time to time ?
