Bonjour. I am British and have successfully used Airbox for over a year.  Last night (in France) I paid for a €25 Euro Prêt à Surfer forfait.  It activated, worked for approximately 2 hours then stopped.  This morning after charging the Airbox, when connecting to it it would only take me to the boutique page to recharge.  I paid another €25 which activated immediately.  I have the email confo this time - order no : ***********1

the connection worked again for approx 2 hrs and no more. When I try to connect it redirects me to buy another forfait.  Can anyone help please ?  Merci bcp. Catherine
