I entered the wrong SIM number 3 times (wife's phone) and she's no longer a customer. She can't even log into this site any more even though we have her old info such as her email, phone number, SIM number, and PIN number. I would think that info would be enough to get back into the phone but we need some help. I requested a password reset by SMS but can't access text messages and we probably didn't get the SMS anyway b/c the phone is now PUK locked. Please help.

1- contact Orange Mobile customer service 0 800 100 740 from a fixed line. This call will not be charged if you are calling from a France Telecom line.
Make choice 1 get your PUK key.
Enter 1 again and enter your invoice PIN code.
Note the PUK code that is given to you.
Follow the instructions to unlock your SIM card.
2- connect to your Orange Mobile customer area and go to the lost or blocked mobile section.

THAT is not exactly what I typed. I typed it in English. It was translated into French automatically. It was then translated back into English. That is the only explanation I can think of. It makes less sense now. Let me try again. I will use only simple sentences so the translator can't make a mistake.
I need a PUK code. The phone is my wife's phone. We have her SIM code. We have her PIN. We have her phone number. We have her email address. Thank you.
