Hi everyone,

I have a holiday SIM card that worked well for a month. The first two weeks were easy. After that, I went to an Orange store and got a recharge. That worked for the next two weeks. When it expired, unfortunately I was outside of France and unable to recharge online (the topup site wouldn’t accept any of my credit cards, mysteriously). I’m now back in France (CDG airport) and purchased a holiday recharge at a Relay store. I activated it, but my phone still doesn’t work. I’m leaving in a few hours for Italy so will need to solve this without the benefit of going to an Orange store.

Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
