Dear Sir/Madam,

In July I bought a SIM card (only internet) in Vichy, France. I used the SIM card by accident in Switzerland and Italy too and so I made extra costs (about 40 Euros) but I have never recieved an invoice. I called Orange france several times but they hung up the phone, tried to pay via my Orange web account and I sent an email but I never recieved a reply. I don't want to get reminder fees. Help me out, please!
