I am a secondary home owner and was promised that for EUR50 I could suspend my service at any time and start it up again when I get back in the spring. Although quite expensive to do it will save me a lot more in my fixed charges over the months I am not in France. I can't find a way to do this on-line and last time I called Orange from UK it cost me a lot of EUR just hanging on the line to find somebody who could help me. Does anybody know how to do this on-line or any other quick method.

You can't suspend your service if you have  internet in your secondary home.
