Hi. I ordered a internet set which is 14.99€ per month on 21 Sept. 2 days later I received a message said that I have to send my prove document( passport copy, residence permit, contracts) and 265€ to an orange Lille office. I’m so confused now. 1, I never saw a statement on the website says that I have to pay a 265 € deposit if I want to use this card. Or I would never choose this company. 2, many of my friends are using orange card and none of them paid the 265€. Why I have to pay it? Can somebody explain to me?
