We are fed up with the slow speed of our broadband: We have constant buffering on the television because of the slow speed  We think the problem is the old telephone lines bringing broadband to the house and the connections in the house. We want someone to come out and check the wiring: If it doesn't improve we will leave Orange as we are paying for a service we are not getting

There is an English speaking Orange phoneline, so why not  email. I'm fed up hanging on the phone for hours waiting to get through and then spending half an hour going through all the routine procedures you have already done before calling them. Then being told you can have another live box and it not making a blind bit of difference because the problem is old wires inside and outside the house and someone needs to come out and replace them. Frankly Im past caring and can no longer be bothered to try and make myself understood in French. Orange are useless. I pay 44 euros a month  just for broadband and landline.In the UK it would cost £ 18/22 a month for a speed of 170! We all know France is behind in broadband services but its had 10 years to get its act together.

If it's better in Brexit country, the best is to go back and enjoy it.
