ok now i know exactly what to for the password

but i think i need others informations
right now the wifi extender it's connected to another router in the cuisin, not router orange
i must do this on in cuisin no wifi

i read for the configuration wifi Ext. must be connected to livebox 3
so i have to do the reset on wifi Ext.?

'cause in the page of logiciel wifi Ext. i have this message:
"you have changed livebox configuration and not save them"

So the logiciel propose "automatic configuration" for wifi ext.
i have to save with back up also livebox conf. with- support-back up?

nothing wrong, you still very expert-)

i have change mot de passe and follow your instructions for support-backup
but the file it's not saved on my pc

there's no window"save file?"
so the problem remain

Hi

When you click on backup configuration

(see my previous post)

You should see this picture :

When you click on the save button

You shoud be proposed to save a file (the exact way depends on your browser and its settings)

With Firefox configured for asking where to store downloaded files , I get this

I i click parcourir ... I will have the choice of selecting a directory before saving the file

Then clicking on OK, will order Firefox to save the file in the chosen directory.

For your problem of wifi extender, I have opened a dedicated thread, feel free to ask your detailed questions.

You can ask in english and just tell them you can read french. If you can't understand some answer, i'll try to translate.
