Hello Orange,

My internet works ok, till I open foto's or films. My connection seems to be ok and up and download speed seems on the correct level.

But especially on Facebook, pictures or films seem to block the system. 

Is there a setup that I have to change?

Or is the data too heavy for my ADSL line?

Hi Matt

You are asking the user's community, not Orange.

I will not try to respond in flammish :smileywink:

You ask "is the data too heavy for my ADSL line?" please explain, what your connection is ? ADSL or VDSL ? length ? theoritical speed ? ...

In any case, there is no reason for not dowlowding web pictures, even from Facebook.

I suspect an internal discrepency in your system if it crashes, or freezes when downloading pictures or whatever from the net.

Please, try the following

Connect to your Orange account, upload some pics onto your cloud storage.

Disconnect from your account.

Clear cookies from your webbrowser (at least Orange's ones).

Reconnect to your account.

Go to your cloud and try to download your own pictures.

Does it work ?
