I have an orange airbox for some reason has stopped working.  It was working fine but now i have wifi connection but internet slow or stops.  (Certainly not watch a movie)  Took airbox back to shop they said it was ok which it is not as it is not working.    Shop suggested i rang 3900 but my French not too good.    The man on english speaking telephone helpline said it could be workings on the line or general reception.  But why does it say i have 7mbps of connection.    I have 30gb  available  on my 30gb Play account so its not i have over used allowance.  I can use the mobile allowance  on my telephone which is the same system.   Can anyone make a suggestion of what it can be.     Many thanks

7 Mb/s is the speed of the connexion. 30 Gb is the quantity of datas avalaible by month.

May be with 7mb/s it is impossible to watch a movie because the speed is too low.

Try to use the airbox in an other site. I dont know the airbox but if the airbox have a 4G signal indicator try to move it to find the best signal.

They have just given us an airbox as we were down on internet du to sabotage against the 5G here! The box doesn't connect at all, impossible to get a signal ! Useless !
