Slow Flybox after buying new data

I used all my 200 GB data and my Flybox went to reduced speed so I bought 100 GB extra data two days ago but my connection is still at slow speed.

 

i have been to the Orange shop and called them for hours but they can’t fix it. My signal is good and there’s nothing wrong with my WiFi, it’s just that they don’t give me any bandwidth.
