Hi,
Password is on the letter you've received by Orange at the beginning of your installation. If you lose it you can use "Forget Password' or "Mot de passe oublié" on the authentification page.

What is it all about ?
Phone or Internet and box service ?
For an internet account, is it for the primary account or for a n added account.
Secondary account password may be reset only by the primary account owner.

Thanks for your help, Ive got the password I had 12 years ago on sign-up, but my Ipad has started to be rejected when trying to view emails, I was told orange only have one password now for all, but my other machines are happy with the original password, have changed acount password ,
