Hello. 

On May 18th, I asked to cancel my contract, and I received a reply that Orange will give me a confirmation email within 48 hours after reviewing the documents. But it already exceeded 48hours, so please confirm it as soon as possible.

I'll move abroad so I hope everything goes on time.

But Orange said by itself that it'll send me the answer in 48 hrs.

If they can not provide those kinds of services, they'd better stop sending that message   

And I also tried several times to contact English-speaking customer services, but no answer......

Is there any other recommendation? It would be more than welcome.
