Contacting Orange now almost Impossible
Why is it so hard to contact anyone at Orange to complain about poor service? If you click on 'Contact', all it does is point you to a customer chat room. This is not at all helpful at all. Why, when you are a long term customer is there not a simple customer contact email address? This could easily be grouped, so that you contact the correct area and using email both gets over language complications (you can easily have auto translate installed) and give one proof of contact and gives a much better option for making a detailed enquiry.
Most French and other European companies contact you immediately after you have purchased a product or service to see if you are satisfied or require further assistance but not Orange. Why is this?
