I have recently bought a contract simcard from orange and I am receiving texts from people I don't know. The sim is now Blocked and I am unable to contact an orange advisor to explain this situation. 

I now have no mobile network to use and the sim they sent to me is now disconnected from my mobile and connected to another person. I have only had the sim for 1 week. How do I speak with someone about this or email?
