Hello

I have received an email from Orange internet saying that I have cancelled the internet offer/Livebox on my account.  However, I have not.  I just haven't connected the box yet in my house in France as I have been overseas.  Orange are automatically going to cancel the service and I have to return the box by 5 May - BUT, I won't get back to France until 6 May and I do not want them to cancel my contract.  I have tried to use the chatbot contact to get a response, but no luck.  I cannot find a telephone number to call.  Please help.  Thankyou
