La nouvelle application pose un gros problème (pour info, je suis sous Windows 8.1) : le moteur de synchronisation (syncengine.exe) semble tourner à peu près tout le temps (même après un "Cancel Refresh" ça redémarre un peu plus tard), ce qui consomme beaucoup de CPU, empêche donc celui-ci de passer en mode "basse consommation" et donc, sur un portable, vide la batterie en un rien de temps...

En réponse à un utilisateur Apple qui se plaignait d'une utilisation proche de 100% de sa CPU par Transfert de fichiers, j'avais vérifié en janvier l'activité CPU sous Windows VISTA et Windows 7 lors d'une synchronisation normale : consommation faible.

Depuis, j'ai constaté une fois un déclenchement intempestif de la synchronisation sur la machine VISTA avec, de mémoire, une activité CPU forte comme si le programme bouclait. J'ai dû cliquer sur "Quitter Le Cloud d'Orange - Transfert de fichiers" pour interrompre cette situation fâcheuse.

Je n'ai pas encore installé Transfert de fichiers sous mon Windows 8.1.

Sur http://1drv.ms/1h7vjPW on peut voir ce que ça donne : syncengine.exe fait apparemment des opérations sur le fichier file_items.db, et ça consomme un max de CPU...

Pour l'instant, je désinstalle.

Si j'arrive à faire comprendre le problème au service clients, ou que quelqu'un d'Orange lit ce fil, nous aurons peut-être une solution ?

Je confirme le pb qui est identique chez moi avec l'appli Cloud - Transfert de Fichiers (v1.0.2), sur Windows 7 64 bits

Le processus "syncengine.exe" utilisé par le moteur de synchro du Cloud Orange sature pendant des heures un CPU (heureusement qu'il n'en sature qu'un)

J'ai un Dual Core et cela donne 50% d'utilisation non stop des ressources de la machine, et de gros ralentissements visibles. Je suis dans l'obligation d'arreter le cloud Orange dans la barre des tâches et tout recdevient normal.

Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit d'une surconsommation chronique ou d'un bug (je pencherai pour la seconde hypothèse), cela ne m'arrive pas tous les jours, et un arret-relance de l'appli résout généralement le pb (pour qqs jours).

Orange peut-il nous confirmer que le pb est connu ?

J'ai Windows 7 64 bits avec 4 Go de RAM

Je ne peux pas malheureusement vous poster le fichier sur le forum car il dépasse 20000 caractères ! (à moins que je ne puisse vous envoyer une pièce jointe mais je ne sais pas si le forum le permet), je vous envoie donc juste un extrait, mais je n'ai rien trouvé d'interessant dedans

J'ai l'impression que l'application de synchro passe son temps à vérifier des fichiers (images principalement) qui ont déjà été synchronisés avec le Cloud il y a bien longtemps.

Lorsque j'utilise un utilitaire de type Process Monitor (procmon.exe) au moment de la forte consommation CPU, je fais la meme constatation que ce qui est indiqué par sba93 ; le processus semble faire énormément d'opérations d'accès sur le fichier file_items.db et pictures_item.db qui font respectivement chez moi 1.2Mo et 10Mo environ. Je ne sais pas si la consommation CPU élevée vient de là
