Je suis un nouveau client Orange. Je souhaite télécharger l'application «Orange et Moi» depuis l'App Store d'Apple, mais a cause de mon compte Apple n'étant pas enregistré en France, je suis bloqué. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi Orange a restreint la région. Certes, Orange a des milliers de clients qui ont des identifiants Apple enregistrés dans un pays autre que la France.

J'ai regardé les autres réponses. Certains proposent d'ajouter un mode de paiement valable en France, mais lorsque j'essaie de le faire, l'App Store me demande de changer de pays. Pour ce faire, je dois dépenser la totalité de mon solde créditeur actuel, annuler tous les abonnements (et attendre leur expiration - dans un mois à compter de maintenant) et supprimer le partage de la famille. Je pourrais faire les deux premiers avec quelques efforts, mais je ne peux pas désactiver le partage de la famille car d'autres membres de la famille ont des données stockées dans mon compte iCloud.

same situation here. I now own two homes in France and need access to the app to change router settings and cannot download the app since they region blocked it. just dumb. bare minimum they should have an option for their current customers, regardless of  where they live, to have access to download their app.

age old, they like my money auto debited every month but don't offer their customers any solutions.

I realize that I don't speak fluent French (I'm learning every day) but a company this size should have some English speaking reps and the ability for expats to download their app.  Clearly they allow you to sign up for service to take your money, but completely drop the ball in all other aspects of service.  How they have their "claimed" level of customer satisfaction is beyond me.  

I'd love to give them a good review, but until they move their antiquated support and service to coincide with 2025 tech, no way

I solved it by creating a separate AppleID domiciled in France.  You will need access to a second email address for the new ID - your Orange mail account will work.  To do that, you have to sign out of your US account on one of your devices, create a new account for France using a French bank card.  Sign into that account in the App Store, and download all apps you want that are restricted to France.  Be sure to turn on automatic updates - that sometimes works, but the App Store will prompt you to enter the password for your French account.  

Sign out and go back to your US account.  Be sure to sign into Messages and the App Store again.

If a France-only app asks you to update, delete it and go to the App Store and look for apps under your profile under “Not in this device”.  You may find it there and can re-download the new version by supplying your France account password.  Worst case is you sign out of your US account in the App Store, sign in using your France ID, re-download the app to update it, then switch back.
