I can no longer access my account on line to suspend my ligne secondaire. I can log in to my espace client but it says I have no account and when I try to re-add my ligne fixe the systems says the numebrs I am entering ( as on the letter in front of me from France Telecom) are not recognised.

What can I do?

Good morning @wmatier (It does not hurt tu use a minimum of politeness when asking for support !)

Your problem has to be adressed to Orange support people instead of simple customers that populate this customer oriented forum. Customers cannot solve it for you !
