Not really sure if this is the place to post this but here goes. Landline and internet went off on 12th August. Had intervention and tecnician checked line and internet and said the fault was not on our property but with orange. Fast forward another week after numerous telephone calls! Same tecnician came again and checked line and internet and said the same as before. Fast forward again after more and more phone calls and promises that 'it will be fixed today!' On September 10th a different tecnician came and checked it all again. Went off to fix the line. Came back and said line fixed but need new livebox so off we went to orange shop to get new one. Got home plugged in and all working well. Rang english speaking line to claim a refund for 30 days without landline or internet. Yes she said you will get refund of 30 euros! Plus also complained that they have charged us 69 euros for intervention when it was clearly not our fault. Yes could have that and would be knocked off next bill! 

Bill is normally 48.99 euros per month but they have just taken off 117.99 euros as they couldn't credit that bill as it had already been 'issued'. Have another bill for mobile which is usually 10.99 a month but just received bill today and it is 22.98. Checked on bill and they have charged me for four phone calls to the english speaking line on the 7 sept for 1,221 - 0,405 - 5,141 - 5,224 totalling 11.99. Does anyone know why this has been charged please. In total I am owed 69 euros + 30 euros + 11.99 euros. (110.99 euros). How am I ever going to get this back if they wont issue a credit until the next bills! This is money I can ill afford to pay and has made me go overdrawn in the bank. I am totally at a loss at what to do next because they just do not listen when I ring and are so rude! Please can anyone advise. Thanks
