I have an orange live box and have never been connected and every time i am in france
i contact and they say that they have a problem with the line and they will fix it it been like that for
over a year now and now i cant contact them as the english number isnt working. Wanted this time to organise

an engineer or a test on the line to be done

...as the english number isnt working

Whitch number are you trying ? If not  09 69 36 39 00 (+33 9 69 39 39 00 when dialled from abroad) it will not work.
