unfortunately I don't speak French, hence this thread in the forum.
I have the following problem, I am IT Support of the company from Emsdetten in Germany.
We have a new seat in France as well. My colleagues would like to send e-mails to domain extensions of orange.fr and wanadoo.fr.
Unfortunately the recipient server keeps throwing me the following error: Remote server returned '554 4.4.1 < #4.4.1 X-Postfix; connect to smtp-in.orange.fr[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]:25: Connection timed out>'.
Is there a way to fix this error or to "unlock" us?
I look forward to hearing back... Unfortunately I did not find any e-mail address on the French site, so here is the thread.
