It seems to require me to use a French billing address. Is there no way to pay any other way? I just arrived and I haven't set one up yet but I don't want to miss their promotion. Is it possible?

If I understand correctly, you have just arrived in France and want to know if you can subscribe to the mobile subscription with a foreign bank card to take advantage of the promotion as quickly as possible?
