I have tried chatting with customer service and I am consistently referred to the 9 69 36 39 00 number, which they insist is for service in English, but when I dial this number all I hear is French. I listen carefully for an option to select for English but I don't hear one. 

Can anyone help me with this?

I am trying to find out how to contact someone who can help me in English. 

They chat they say they can not help me with Mobicarte and insist I can get assistance in English at the 9 69 36 39 00 number but this does not appear to be true. (In fact, today when I think that it is so saying that Orange is closed, and then it disconnects.)

So the problem I am posting about that I would like to be able to get assistance in English.

Well, I have discovered that even though I have a French SIM I must add +33 to the number before dialing. When I do this the 9 69 36 39 00 number is indeed in English. Sadly now however they are only open Mon-Fri. Oh well, it's some progress at least.

Neither number helps. What is the correct number and do they actually work?

I have been using 0033969363900 from UK in the last week and I spoke to an english speaking operator!! I have just rung from France and again spoke to an english speaking operator although I have to say she's not helpful or friendly
