Hello,

Apologies as i dont speak good french , so the message is in english.

I had ordered IPhone 12 Pro on 17th Nov with confirmed delivery on 19th Nov 2020.

It was a gift for my Mother for her Birthday which was on 21st Nov. Today is 23 Nov 2020 !!

I still have not received the package as of yet. I am really very Sad that I really trusted Orange on commitments.

Even after multiple calls and emails no help has been provided to find "Where exactly my package is? '' 

I am just bouncing between orange and chronopost calls, NO ONE HELPS but blames on each other to rectify issue.

Could you please help me to get my package as soon as possible so that I can gift my mother a birthday present.
