I would like to get back security deposit. 

I terminated the contract and would like to get my security deposit back. 

The client service center (English) does not work. 

Could you kindly help me how to get my security deposit back?

I think if Orange automatically reimburse this fee after 1 year, it will be much convenient for all customers. Why don't you adopt or develop those policies?
