Hello,

I would like to annule the internet contract from orange, I already gave back the Fibre box a month ago and I have already left the France. When I went to return the Fibre box (internet box), there wasn´t any english speaking employee in the whole orange, so anybody couldn´t explain to me how to do it. The employee there just said that I leave the box there and I have to do the rest online. So I have been trying to find a way to annule the contract.

Please help.
