Billing Problem

Good morning, My wife and I were Orange customers for three years, from 2012-2015, with excellent service. However, after we moved to Switzerland and discontinued our service, we were still billed by Orange for mobile service for another 18 months. We have had a difficult time getting someone to acknowledge our problem and provide a refund. Any ideas?
