last Monday I signed up to this plan, I was told it would only take a day or two to set up my phone to use. We are now 6 days in and I am still not connected. I need my phone!

Captez-vous le réseau et voyez-vous des barres de réseau en haut de votre téléphone ?

Vous trouvez-vous en France actuellement?

I do not believe I am receiving these questions. I have been an orange customer for 20 years I live in France. 

Last Monday I singed up to a new orange plan, 2hrs of phone calls and unlimited SMS because the Mobicard which cost me 100 euros on the 22/4/25 failed ,that 100euros just disappeared by the 29/4/25. I lost that 100 euros!!!

I have been using my mobile for nearly 8 years Number **********. When I signed last Monday I was told I would be connect to the orange network within 2 days; 

SO WHY AM I NOT CONNECTED????????????????????

I HAVE NOT USED MY MOBILE WHERE HAS THE CREDIT GONE

🇫🇷 Rassurez-vous, la mention "Aucun crédit" concerne uniquement les recharges potentielles, si, par exemple, vous avez terminé les 2h initiales de votre forfait. 👌
Actuellement, vous disposez bien de vos 2 h d'appels et des 100Mo prévus dans votre offre. 😊
