Orange advertised the possibility of 400mbs speed on fiber.

When it was installed they promised 100mbs.

Now it is running OK I get 93mbs sometimes and as bad as 58mbs occasionally.

Sometimes is very slow like analog internet.

We are about 5 kms from our local exchange, does that make any difference?

Should I expect the 100mbs I was promised?

With ADSL, distance is the worst obstacle when it comes to throughput.

I misread your first message.
If you have fibre, the figures are not correct.
Are these figures from an Ethernet or WiFi connection?
With WiFi, throughput depends on distance, obstacles and the receiving device.
What standard is 802.11 n / ac or ax?
