Have you not read my previous post,I have reset the box several times and changed ports it makes no difference, I pay orange for a working service, you were here rapidly when I ordered a new installation, which doesn't work, please apply this speed to rectify this situation

How many times do I have to tell you I've done this several times but it makes on difference, please stop telling me the same thing over and over, what ever I do does not make any difference, your installation has failed

What do I have to do to get a working landline so far all your advice is useless and no one can ring in to us,

No one has suggested that my phone maybe incompatible  is the Alcatel E,260 ok with live box 7, at the moment my Panasonic kx tg6821 ii not working, a rapid reply would help

Why does no one reply toy last 5 mail's,do you have no intention of providing the service which I am paying you for

Toutefois, et comme nous vous l'avons indiqué, tout est ok de notre côté. Aussi la piste de l'appareil semble pertinente, surtout si les branchements sont bien ok.

Lorsque vous émettez des appels avec l'un ou l'autre de ces appareils, avez-vous une tonalité ?

However, as we have indicated to you, everything is fine on our end. Also, the device issue seems relevant, especially if the connections are indeed ok.

When you make calls with either of these devices, do you get a dial tone?

I get a dial tone intermittently ,but people ringing in to us get the engaged signal, and using speaker phone disconnects the power to the hand set
