Internet breakdown (Livebox 5)

My wifi connection was disabled since yesterday night. And now internet connection is also broken  

Can someone help me. It is very urgent to fix this.

 

I understand only English language.

I am not to able to call 3900. Call doesn't get connected.

I am staying in Neuilly-sur-seine, and using Lebara sim card in my mobile, if I dial 3900 and call then call gets disconnected automatically. I am not sure that is the problem.

Is there an email address to which I can write complaint to about my connection?

 

Or is there any other way ?

I called them but they said they are the Partner of Organ and they help only for new connections of internet.

Based on your previous reply I diagnose the problem from my admin account. The good thing is internet is now started working from via Ethernet. However I am not to connect to WiFi. Below is the error message received after diagnosing:

One  of your wifi networks (2.4GHz or 5GHz) is not broadcast. Please contact your customer service at 3900 indicating the code wifi_03_0000 . 

 

I am not able to call 3900 and I do not understand French  

 

Is there any English speaking customer service from Organe

Hi @Vinod 

You do not have an acquaintance who can call Orange to explain your problem to them. ?

 

Put 192,168,1,1 in the address bar to have access to the box
On the new page put :
admin login
the password are the first 8 characters of the wifi key
Once in the settings open Wifi and make the settings

 

And do that to:

I was able to turn on 5GHz wifi and connected to it.
