On the 9th of September a third party cut off my landline which meant I had no internet etc now it was only reconnected yesterday and my flybox has not booted up it won't it it's not showing an internet connection I spoke to Orange English Channel yesterday several times they told me to go to an orange boutique and they will give me a new SIM card for the fly box the nearest Boutique to me is just under two hours away I've done the **bip** today for our round **bip** exhausted and they wouldn't give me a SIM card as simple as that they also didn't know how I got a fly box because it wasn't on their computer under my name and address and I said I was sent this flybox to two years ago because my house is very old and has very deep walls and I don't get a signal so they said oh we'll send you a fly box I told this to the assistant in the orange Boutique today and she said well we don't have it on our system I actually took the flybox in with me and held it up and showed her and she said well we can't give you a new card unless you renewal your contracts and I just didn't I couldn't deal with this anymore I left thanked her and left because I'm paying a hundred Euros a month for an internet connection no TV owned my own phone and I want if I sign a new contract I want to to find a cheaper option and she could only give me 10 Euros discounts on a new contract and so I said no I hope you can help me

Did you get this Flybox as part of a breakdown in your internet access?

No. It was sent to me as all the tech engineers could not stabalize the internet, get a better gb and it wouldnt reach other rooms on same level or upstairs in 2022.
