To whom it might concern,

I am relocating back to US on Feb 8th. is there a way to cancel my orange contract by end of February? I need your help to unlock the phone (i own the device) so that i can use it with a US provider and add a SIM with a US mobile number once i move to the US.

Please advise how to proceed and email me the necessary info so that i can unlock the phone.

The best you have to do is get help from a french speaking pal.

Il faut aller dans l'espace client

Cliquer sur le bouton gérer et dépanner du contrat

L'étape suivante

Descendre dans la page jusqu'à  Votre mobile  (scroll down until "Votre mobile")

Clique sur "Désimlocker votre mobile"

Suis les instructions

Just follow the directives

I'm pretty sure, you can do it
