Technician No Show
I had an appointment with a technician today from 12 PM to 15 PM. It's post 3 the technician is not here. I opted for fibre and he or she was about to come and activate the line.
I was waiting for this appointment since 5 days and didnot go to office because of this.
Yesterday I confirmed me availability with solution30, orange Partner.
I called them now to check but they said technician is not reachable put a complaint.
My whole day is wasted. My time has no value?

I'm in the same situation.
I booked an appointment 4 weeks ago for the installation of the Fibre. At my surprise the technician came 3 hours earlier than expected because (he was in the neighbourhood) The installation could not be completed because me residence manager wasn't expecting me at that time and wasn't there to open the telecom room.
Anyways, 3 weeks passed while I was desperately trying to reschedule for an other appointment.
Solution 30 says they can't do anything and that I have to take it up with Orange. I had to insist to get someone on the line, going through the english hotline, (because no answer from 3900), they said that Orange can't book me an appointment, that I'd have to see with the other service.
( WOW ! )
I finally was able to take an appointment, booked today from 9 to 11 am at last minute. I had to skip work, postpone meetings and try to work from home with my personal hotspot.
Technician is a no show. I keep calling Solution 30 every 30 min but they can't do anything beside say that they will call me back if they heard anything.
(It's been around 4 hours that I'm waiting for that call)
Well I just wasted an entire day for nothing.
Thought I opted for Orange to avoid this whole mess and have "the best client service experience" ...
This is just shameful !

I too have this problem. I confirmed the appointment for this past Friday, between 8am and 9am. The technician did not show up. Who do I need to call or email or text to get this done?
